Held under the theme of connecting people, Osaka, and the world, the Osaka Flower Carpet event at Expo '70 Commemorative Park includes a floral display comprising of 20,000 blooms with Taro Okamoto's Tower of the Sun as a backdrop. The incredible creation is assembled by Kansai University students and other local volunteers, which makes it all the more impressive!
Adult admission to the Expo Commemorative Park is priced at 260 JPY.
